Blowtorched Buttery Corn (with Garlic & Sea Salt)
Here's what you'll need...
- Corn on the cob
- Butter
- Garlic Powder
- Sea Salt
- Blow Torch
Corn doesn't haven't to be boring - all you need is a few ingredients and a blowtorch and this recipe is easy breezy... Corn appétit!
STEP 1
Cook the corn either in a pot on the stove (about 8 minutes) or in microwave.
STEP 2
Blowtorch the corn until slightly charred (use tongs to hold the corn).
STEP 3
Roll the hot corn in butter.
STEP 4
Roll the buttered corn in a mixture of garlic powder and sea salt to taste.
STEP 5
Blowtorch one last time and serve.
