Blowtorched Cheesy Corn (with Parmesan & Lime Zest)
What you'll need...
• Corn on the Cob
• Butter
• Sea Salt
• Black Pepper
• Lime Zest
• Parmesan Cheese (Grated)
Corn doesn't haven't to be boring - all you need is a few ingredients and a blowtorch and this recipe is easy breezy... Corn appétit!
STEP 1
Cook the corn either in a pot on the stove (about 8 minutes) or in microwave.
STEP 2
Make a mixture of sea salt, black ground pepper, lime zest on top of some sheets of butter. In another plate, grate a generous amount of parmesan.
STEP 3
Blowtorch the corn until slightly charred (use tongs to hold the corn).
STEP 4
Roll the hot corn in the butter mixture.
STEP 5
Roll the corn in parmesan cheese until it is totally covered all the way around.
STEP 6
Blowtorch one last time until the cheese melts and serve.
