Rumball Rumble Cocktail
Here's what you'll need...
- 30ml Spiced Rum
- 30ml Chocolate Liqueur (or any Chocolate Cream)
- 30ml Coconut Milk
- Sugar Syrup
- Desiccated Coconut
- Vanilla Sugar (or any vanilla)
- Ice Cubes
- Shaker
- Strainer
- Martini Glass
- Blowtorch
Who doesn't love Rum Balls during Xmas, or year round for that matter? This smooth and delectable rummy-coconutty drink will fill you with holiday cheer!

STEP 1
Chill your martini glass by filling with ice and set aside.
STEP 2
Add rum, chocolate liqueur and coconut milk to shaker and shake well!
STEP 3
Mix shaved coconut with vanilla sugar and torch until it is a nice colour. You want to see the coconut toast, not burn!
STEP 4
Empty the ice and rim the martini glass in sugar syrup, then in the torched coconut mixture.
STEP 5
Single strain from the shaker into the rimmed martini glass and serve.
